The Arts & Design Society will hold a very special Christmas Arts & Crafts Fair in their courtyard on Saturday, December 12, 11 am – 3 pm, when artists and crafters will sell their wares, primarily Christmas-gift-worthy items, in time for the holidays. The public is invited and encouraged to joins us for this special shopping opportunity! Our event will feature live music by Bill Garrett.

COST: $20.00 Member, $25 Non-member (solo artist, no table sharing). Payments must be made by Wed., Dec. 9, via ADSO Website or by check to Arts & Design Society, 17 First Street SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548.
Your payment is your reservation for a vendor space. If your payment is received by December 9 you will have a reservation. Payments are non-refundable. In case of cancellation of the event you will receive a full refund.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: One 6ft x 3ft table in a 10ft x 10ft space in the courtyard. Artists are required to bring all their own display items (stands, racks, bins etc.). There will be a limited number of spaces available, which will be on a first sign up and pay basis.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an Arts and Crafts Fair. Only items made by the artist are allowed to be sold (this is not a resale or yard sale). Professional presentation is encouraged; table covers, all items priced and neatly displayed, etc.

SET UP: Saturday, December 12, 9–10:30 AM, space assignment upon arrival.

SALE DATE & TIME: Saturday, December 12, 2020, 11 AM-3 PM

SALES: All transactions are between you and the buyer. You are responsible for managing your sales and collecting applicable sales tax.

ADSO cannot accept credit card payments for individuals. Also, ADSO cannot make change.

CLEAN UP: Please clear all items from the site after the sale, including trash, food, and any unsold items.
Due to space restraints, ADSO cannot accept unsold items as donations.
