Calendar of Meetings
Board Meetings
Board meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month, except for August. * There is not a board meeting in August.
*All members may attend board meetings as observers, if they wish to speak they must notify the President in order to be added to the meeting agenda.
General Membership Meetings
General Membership meetings (Luncheons) on the fourth Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise specified, with proper notice by the board of directors.
*There is not a general membership meeting or luncheon in August.
Annual Meeting
The annual meeting shall be held in November. This meeting is for the presentation of annual reports and presentation for approval of the proposed budget for the following year. Installation of newly elected officers will take place at the Christmas party/reception in December.
Special Meetings
Special meetings of the membership may be called or held at any time by order of the President, or upon demand by three voting members of ADSO, with five days prior notice via e-mail, first class mail or telephone call, to the membership.
